If you have already booked a trade stand for 2020 we would be exceedingly grateful if you could roll it over until 2021. By doing so, you will not only be supporting the shows future sustainability but all the marvellous charities that the event supports. As you can imagine, the cancellation of the event will have a significant impact on the support that we can provide this year to the chosen charities. It’s so disheartening, especially at a time when they need it the most. If you kindly choose to roll your tickets over, simply retain your receipt/ticket to present at the event in 2021.

Bookings now open for 2021!

We have held the trade pitch prices once again for 2021.

Trade stands pitches are 3m x 3m at only £30. 

Note to food/drink vendors, please do not apply, as we are now fully booked  in regards to catering.

Gates open at  6.30am. Please enter via the Public Gate, please display your pitch number on your vehicle windscreen/dashboard so that its clearly visible. This will help speed up the entry process. 

Gate staff will help direct you to your designated pitch(es). There is a small space 0.6 m between each pitch to avoid crowding. Be a good neighbour and please don’t be a space invader! 

Please ensure that you are ready to trade by 9.00am at the latest, there will be no trade vehicle movement after 8.30am.

To be fair to the paying public, please stay on site until 4.00 pm at the earliest; the Show officially closes at 5.00pm.
